Appointments

Making an Appointment:

Our offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office hours for each doctor will vary due to their surgery schedule. However the office staff will try to accommodate your schedule when possible. To make an appointment, please call us during office hours at
(202) 333-2820.

We value the time we have set aside to see and treat you. If you know that you will not arrive at your scheduled appointment time, please call ahead to let us know. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel your appointment. There will be a $50.00 charge if you fail to keep a scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance.

To Our Patients:

Because several members of our office staff have severe allergic asthma, we respectfully request that, when you come to the office, you avoid wearing scented perfume, cologne, after-shave, skin creams or oils. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Your First Appointment:

Please bring your insurance card, referral form (if needed by your managed care company), x-rays and any other information that may help our doctors better understand your condition. The name and phone number of your primary care physician will allow us to keep your doctor informed regarding your diagnosis and treatment. Save time when you arrive. Print out and complete the Patient Registration Form prior to your visit.

Referrals

Most patients find it helpful to call their insurance company before the first appointment to determine level of coverage, co-pay amount for specialty physicians and referral requirements.

Fees

Our fees are the standard reasonable and customary charges found in the D.C. region. If you have any questions about the fee for a specific visit, please ask a staff member for clarification.

Insurance

Many insurance plans require deductibles or co-payments at the time of the visit. You may pay these with cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. We participate in most plans including Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield among others. We will gladly submit account information to your insurance company and bill you for any balance. Each plan offers a variety of options depending on your employer. Please check with your plan for specifics regarding your coverage.
